    Contestants in general

  • All-Stereotype Cast:
    • The first season's cast of contestants are a ruthlessly backstabbing Alpha Bitch, a card-carrying juvenile delinquent, a perfectionist Competition Freak Go-Getter Girl, a big fat gasshole, an impossibly stupid Brainless Beauty, a wimpy Mama's Boy built like a brickhouse, a dimwitted party animal, an Iron Butt Monkey guitarist, a Granola Girl who's more coordinated on water than on land, an over-the-top Sassy Black Woman stereotype, a Perky Goth who considers herself the Only Sane Man, an Ax-Crazy Cloud Cuckoolander, a hopelessly dweeby Casanova Wannabe, an awkward geek well-versed in unique skills, the snarkiest and most pessimistic teenager since Daria Morgendorffer, a klutzy Dumb Jock, a homely geek who's Not Good with People, a ridiculously handsome supermodel, a butch Jerk Jock with a Hair-Trigger Temper, two absurdly close Heterosexual Life-Partners, and a hopelessly clueless homeschooled kid. And then Season 3 adds the ultimate Loony Fan and a ridiculously suave and talented Latin Lover to the mix.
    • The second generation contestants are a Creepy Child implied to have supernatural powers, a hipster who Apologizes a Lot, a kid with Split Personalities, a military cadet who's a big softie at heart, a hillbilly with Chronic Backstabbing Disorder, a Jerk Jock so stupid he can't identify others' genders, a super-genius who never talks, a genius Bubble Boy, an overweight gamer geek, a Joisey stereotype obsessed with her hair and spray tan, a compulsive liar who never shuts up, a tomboy who treats everyone around her as expendable fodder, and the most massive Attention Whore to have ever starred on reality TV.
    • The third generation contestants are a guy who talks only in Wacky Sound Effects, a LARPer who is convinced he is an actual wizard, a whiny Neat Freak who thinks he's the Only Sane Man, a song-obsessed teenage girl still in her Princess Phase, a farmboy who hopelessly falls in love with every girl he lays eyes on, a Gentle Giant Australian stereotype, a Crazy Survivalist obsessed with zombies, an obese pageant queen with a white trash upbringing, a self-declared evil genius who only manages to be a Harmless Villain, a bookworm whose polite facade hides a psychotic personality, an aspiring reality TV host whose personal hero is the narcissistic sociopath who runs the show, twin cheerleaders who do nothing but bicker with each other, and a Passionate Sports Girl so focused with winning the competition that she was willing to throw away the boy who liked her without second thought.
    • And all of this is ignoring the fact that the hosts of the show are a shamelessly sadistic narcissist who only cares about milking his show for maximum ratings and drama and a Drill Sergeant Nasty Scary Black Man who cooks crappy food for the sole purpose of making everyone's lives as miserable as possible.
  • Animals Hate Him: It's practically tradition for the contestants to get attacked or mauled by wild animals, several times a season.
  • Butt-Monkey: Pain and humiliation is the name of the game in Total Drama, and every contestant is bound to get their fill sooner or later. Some get way more than others.
  • Cast of Snowflakes: Almost every single characternote with Identical Twins Amy and Samey as the exception has a unique design that leaves them easily recognizable even as a mere silhouette.
  • Everyone Is Single: With the known exception of one camper, Sky, who'd wanted to break up with her boyfriend anyway, all of the contestants are single when they participate for the first time, which is perfect for creating romantic drama.
  • Hormone-Addled Teenager: Detailing the Love Dodecahedrons between all 84 contestants could fill a small dictionary.
  • Made of Iron: Every single contestant. In the very first episode of the series, the contestants have to jump off a tall cliff. Some of them wipe out, some don't. Regardless, they walk away with no injuries. This is common in every season, even though the competition arguably gets MORE dangerous as the series continues.
  • Nerd:
    • The first generation of contestants has Harold, Noah, and Cody. All three are very skinny and physically unimpressive, quite intelligent, and have geeky interests or mannerisms, but represent different nerd stereotypes. Harold is awkward, eccentric, and has Nerd Glasses; Noah is a lazy and antisocial Insufferable Genius; and Cody is a Casanova Wannabe oblivious to how much of a dweeb he is. From the same generation, there's Beth too. She is one of few girls who doesn't look like a supermodel, is socially awkward, has Nerd Glasses and Braces of Orthodontic Overkill, and has a not so imaginary boyfriend. However, she doesn't have any nerdy interests like Harold, Noah, and Cody do, making her more of a downplayed example.
    • First generation latecomer Sierra is a huge fan of Total Drama and manages several fan websites. She has poor social skills and knows everything about every contestant and host, to the point of creeping them all out. In All-Stars, she bonds with Cameron over being nerds.
    • The second generation adds the Black and Nerdy Cameron (a Bubble Boy with lots of booksmarts but little in the way of strength or social skills) as well as an overweight video game geek named Sam (who manages to gain a girlfriend in the rich, popular, and attractive Dakota).
    • The third generation includes an eccentric LARPer named Leonard, an uptight and neurotic Bollywood Nerd named Dave and Teen Genius Scarlett, who appears to be the classic shy, bookish, glasses-wearing nerdy girl at first glance but is in fact a Bitch in Sheep's Clothing Nerdy Bully.
  • Necessary Evil: Heather, Courtney, Duncan and
What ethnicity is courtney from total drama
Alejandro always end up being the self-appointed leader of whatever group they end up on and if two of them are placed on the same team become The Leader and The Lancer respectively, they also always end up making all the other contestants hate them and desperately want to vote them off, however teams that don't have them on tend to suffer from lack of coordination and take the brunt of Chris's bullying, Team Victory from World Tour is a pretty good demonstration of what happens when a team doesn't have one of them on it.
  • Noodle People: Many of the nerdier guys such as Harold, Noah and Cameron tend to be scrawny. Even the guys who aren't as nerdy as the previous characters like Mike and Dave are also relatively scrawny.
  • Only in It for the Money: Everyone is competing for the grand prize of $100,000 (first season) or $1,000,000 (all other seasons).
  • Out of Focus: With every 26-episode season having 20+ competitors and every 13-episode season having 10+ competitors, someone's bound to get the short end of the stick in screentime. Some characters get voted off early and never get a chance to shine throughout the series.
  • Took a Level in Jerkass: Many of the contestants enter the game as fairly nice and well-adjusted individuals, but quickly develop a ruthless streak as the game gets more intense.
    • Courtney, Geoff and Justin get this the most during "Action". Then in "World Tour" pretty much the entire cast is effected, largely Due to Alejandro being The Corrupter. Bridget tries to cheat on Geoff, Leshawna goes from having buried the hatchet with Heather to giving her a beating just for trying to warn her not to trust Alejandro, Duncan goes from rude and aggressive but also honest and a surprisingly good team player who prided himself on not being like Heather to being a Smug Snake who went out of his way to prove he was just as manipulative as Alejandro, Gwen went from being highly conscientious and having a strong moral compass to causing absolute chaos to the people around her and only caring about whether it got Duncan eliminated because she thought he was hot, even Cody went from respecting Gwen's choice to be with Trent to punching Duncan in the face for kissing her (though again Duncan was acting like a Smug Snake so this was pretty warranted) and Tyler fell for every single one of Alejandro's manipulations. The one notable exception to this was Noah who actually Took a Level in Kindness since the first season and became the Only Sane Man of the cast, making his elimination that season the most unwarranted one.

Total Drama Island

    Killer Bass

Original Members: Bridgette, Courtney, DJ, Duncan, Eva, Ezekiel, Geoff, Harold, Izzynote moved to Killer Bass after swapping with Katie, Sadie, Tyler

Later additions: Katienote originally Screaming Gophers but swapped with Izzy

  • The Big Guy:
    • DJ fits this role the best, where it is invoked by Duncan that they could use his muscle power.
    • Eva is also this given her strength though it doesn't shine much due to her early elimination.
    • Tyler also tries to be this, but with weak results due to his clumsiness.
  • The Chick: Bridgette, quite possibly the most gentle and caring character out of the whole cast, being a nature lover and a mediator of disputes among her friends.
  • The Leader: Usually Courtney, taking charge due to her bossiness. Though sometimes Duncan steps up to this role.
  • The Lancer: Geoff and Duncan both tend to share this, usually taking charge when Courtney isn't able to.
  • The Smart Guy: Harold, the resident geek who has time and time again proven his skills to be surprisingly resourceful.
  • Supreme Chef: In "If You Can't Take The Heat...", they win the cooking challenge by preparing a killer three-course Italian meal with antipasto, spaghetti and cannoli.

    Screaming Gophers

Original Members: Beth, Cody, Gwen, Heather, Katienote moved to Killer Bass after swapping with Izzy, Justin, Leshawna, Lindsay, Noah, Owen, Trent

Later additions: Izzynote originally Killer Bass but swapped with Katie

  • The Big Guy:
  • The Chick: Lindsay. Dumb Blonde with a heart of gold, whose kindness knows no bounds.
  • Co-Dragons: Lindsey and Beth are this to Heather, with varying results.
  • The Heart: Trent is this, usually being the most compassionate in the team and most easy going.
  • The Lancer: Gwen and Leshawna both fill this role, with their heavy rivalry with Heather.
  • The Leader: It does not take long for resident Alpha Bitch Heather to take charge of the team and rule it as her own personal kingdom.
  • Lethal Chef: In "If You Can't Take The Heat...", due to a lot of Teeth-Clenched Teamwork, their attempt to make a three-course Hawaiian meal consists of a plate of pineapple skewers that gave one of their cooks an allergic reaction, a rack of ribs that's been almost entirely devoured by the time it gets to its diner, and a flambé dessert that deflates into a tiny, inedible ball of ash the second it's touched with a fork. Yikes.
  • The Smart Guy:
    • Cody, due to being the main nerd of his team. Though it's downplayed in that he doesn't get to show it off much.
    • Noah though it's also downplayed given how he doesn't show it off too often with his early elimination.
    • Beth also falls under this, being the longest lasting geek among the team.
  • Token Evil Teammate: Heather is the only truly villainous member on this teamnote this was before Justin's Face–Heel Turn, where she served as the Big Bad of Island.

Total Drama Action

    Killer Grips

Original Members: Trent (captain), Beth, Izzy, Justin, Lindsay, Owen

Later additions: Courtneynote debuted season midway after suing the show and put on this team by Chris

  • The Big Guy: Owen filled this role for a bit by being the Dumb Muscle.
  • The Lancer: Beth was this at first to Lindsey and then to a lesser extent to Courtney. Linsey after losing the role of leader to Courtney becomes the most openly defiant to her.
  • The Leader: Three campers take the role. Originally, Trent is the leader and one of only two team captains that ever was officially designated as one. He's voted off because he purposely throws challenges for Gwen, the opposing team captain. Once he's gone, Lindsay gives the role a try with varying results. Either she's effective but bossy or she's nice but ineffective. Then Courtney returns and her natural drive to be on top of everything means she quickly takes control, which Lindsay laments.
  • The Millstone: Trent cares more about his relationship with Gwen then leading the team and as a result sabotages them in an ill-advised attempt to make her happy.
  • The One Guy: Once Trent and Owen are out, Justin is the only guy on a team otherwise consisting of girls: Beth, Lindsay, and Courtney.
  • Sixth Ranger: Courtney is the first and so far only contestant to debut mid-season and be put on a team. She becomes an extra member of the Killer Grips.

    Screaming Gaffers

Members: Gwen (captain), Duncan, DJ, Harold, Heather, Leshawna

  • The Big Guy: DJ once again fills this role despite his cowardliness.
  • Keeping the Enemy Close: Invoked with Gwen picking Heather, as per Leshawna's suggestion to "keep your enemies closer".
  • The Lancer: Leshawna fills this given her conflict with Duncan later on.
  • The Leader:
    • Gwen. Notably one of only two teams with an officially designated team captain.
    • Duncan unofficially takes this after Gwen's elimination, being the most valuable in challenges and MVP in them.
  • The Smart Guy: Harold is this once again, with his smarts helping his team out significantly.
  • Teeth-Clenched Teamwork: The final four of the team do not get along well. Duncan is a major bully towards Harold, which puts him at odds with both Harold and Leshawna. Nobody but Harold likes Heather after last season, and tension mounts against Leshawna when the team realizes she manipulated him to get the spa day. Yet despite all that, they still manage to function through the challenges.

Total Drama World Tour

Team Chris Is Really Really Really Really Hot

Original Members: Alejandro, Noah, Owen, Sierranote moved to Team Amazon after swapping with Izzy, Tyler

Later additions: Izzynote originally Team Amazon but swapped with Sierra, Duncannote put on team after being found in "I See London..."

  • The Big Guy:
    • Tyler fits this role due to being the athletic Dumb Muscle.
    • Owen occasionally fills this role, but is played less straight largely due to being The Load.
    • Izzy to a degree, with the team making use of her armada of unusual abilities.
  • Embarrassing Nickname: Courtesy of Sierra, the team is given a long embarrassing name. Made even funnier by Sierra not even being on the team an episode after its formation.
  • History Repeats: Izzy once again swaps teams with someone after one episode, so said person can be with someone else on that team.
  • Ironic Name: Similar to Embarrassing Nickname, this team was dominated by males (with Izzy being the team's only girl). Everyone on that team hated Chris by the end of the show.
  • The Lancer: Both Noah and Duncan fill this role, being a foil to Alejandro's personality, having the most influence over the team aside from Alejandro, and becoming aware of his true nature on their own.
  • The Leader: Alejandro is the undisputed leader of the team, calling the shots and guiding them through each challenge.
  • The Smart Guy: Both Noah and Alejandro fit this role at times, with Alejandro being the more active The Strategist while Noah tends to be more passive due to being Brilliant, but Lazy.
  • The Smurfette Principle: The team has only ever had one female member at a time, as Sierra swapped with Izzy so they could be with their respective love interests.
  • Token Evil Teammate: Alejandro, the Big Bad of World Tour and doubling as The Leader of the team.

    Team Amazon

Original Members: Cody, Courtney, Gwen, Heather, Izzynote moved to Team Chris Is Really Really Really Really Hot after swapping with Sierra

Later additions: Sierranote originally Team Chris Is Really Really Really Really Hot but swapped with Izzy

  • Amazon Brigade: Aside from Cody, the entire team are girls. This is why they're Team Amazon.
  • Anti-Hero Team: None of this team's members are really straight-up heroic.
  • The Big Gal: Sierra, who is the by far the strongest member of the team, capable of superhuman feats when properly motivated, usually by Cody-related instances.
  • Enemy Mine:
    • Invoked with Heather teaming up with two of her most bitter enemies, Courtney and Gwen. Despite their animosity they are forced to work together time and time again.
    • Heather is again forced into this with Sierra and Cody, upon them being antagonized by Alejandro and all of them agreeing to vote him off. This comes up again in the finale, as Cody volunteers to be Heather's helper due to hating Alejandro more and wanting to hinder him from winning.
  • The Lancer: Courtney is easily the most assertive member other than Heather, and is the most likely to fight with her over decision making.
  • The Leader: Heather, forever the Alpha Bitch, once again takes charge. Though this time she often fights for leadership with Courtney.
  • The One Guy: Cody remains the sole male member all the way until merge.
  • Plot Armor: With the exception of Gwen, every member have this. Sierra, Courtney and Heather survive a fake elimination despite receiving the most votes while Cody can literally do nothing in an episode and still survive until the final three.
  • The Smart Guy: Cody. While he doesn't get to show it very often, he's still the most technologically savvy member of the team. He gets to show his skills such as when he crafts Gwen's head for their Viking boat.
  • Teeth-Clenched Teamwork: Aside from perhaps Cody, Heather is at odds with everyone on her team, with Gwen and Courtney having vicious rivalries with her, while Sierra grows to hate her too.

    Team Victory

Members: Bridgette, DJ, Ezekiel, Harold, Leshawna, Lindsay

  • Butt-Monkey: Their only purpose is to be picked off one-by-one by Alejandro. It is telling that they come last in almost every challenge, with their only victories being non-elimination rounds.
  • Dwindling Party: More so than any team in the history of the show, with their members being picked off one-by-one. DJ ends up the last man standing, until he too get eliminated, making this the only team to have dissolved prior to the merge.
  • Ironic Name: It is basically a Running Gag that there is "no victory for Team Victory", and when DJ gets eliminated, Chris calls the now defunct team "Team Endless Non-Victory".
  • The Load: Ezekiel, who is still the same socially clueless klutz he was back in Island and gets eliminated first again.
  • Nice Guy / Token Good Teammate: Perhaps the only team in Total Drama history consisting of only nice, supportive people who all get along with each other and never resort to underhandedness and dirty tricks in order to win. Which is why Chris goes out of his way to have them eliminated first while keeping the other two teams perfectly intact.
  • Sole Survivor: Their team gets picked off one by one, until DJ is the only one remaining. He would go onto be a solo member team until the complete dissolving of his team pre-merge, making this the only team to have this honor.
  • The Unfavorite: Chris made sure this team would be eliminated before the other teams lost a single member, leaving only DJ who desperately wanted to go home.

Total Drama Revenge of the Island

    Mutant Maggots

Original Members: Anne Maria, Bricknote forcibly moved to Toxic Rats by Chris in "Finders Creepers" Cameron, Jonote moved to Toxic Rats after swapping with Scott, Mike, Zoey

Later additions: Scottnote originally Toxic Rats but swapped with Jo in "Runaway Model", Dakotanote originally Toxic Rats but was eliminated and rejoined the game in "A Mine Is a Terrible Thing to Waste" where she is put on this team

  • Alliterative Name: Mutant Maggots.
  • The Big Guy: While Jo rivals and might even have a edge on him in physical ability, Brick is still the main powerhouse of the team since Jo doubles as The Leader.
  • The Chick: Zoey, who is the main Nice Girl on the team.
  • The Lancer: Anne Maria ends up filling this spot as the one who clashes with Jo the most, as well as contrasting Jo's bossy competitiveness with her laidback and vain nature.
  • The Leader: Jo would quickly establish that Asskicking Equals Authority and become team leader.
  • The Smart Guy: Cameron, who is one of the smartest characters on the show period.

    Toxic Rats

Original Members: B, Dakotanote following her early elimination and subsequent rejoining the game in "A Mine Is a Terrible Thing to Waste" she is put on the Mutant Maggots, Dawn, Lightning, Sam, Scottnote moved to Mutant Maggots after swapping with Jo, Staci

Later additions: Bricknote originally Toxic Rats but forcibly moved by Chris in "Finder Creepers", Jonote originally Mutant Maggots but swapped with Scott in "Runaway Model"

  • The Big Guy: Lightning, the most athletic character in the season who powers through challenges with his physical prowess.
  • The Chick: Dawn, the kindhearted Friend to All Living Things as well as The Empath who tries to help others out with their problems.
  • The Lancer: Scott. As the Token Evil Teammate, he is always the one trying to undermine The Leader with his counterproductive solutions.
  • The Leader: Due to constant shifts in the team's composition, often courtesy of Scott's manipulation, there have been multiple leaders over time. For the first few episodes until he gets eliminated, B serves this role. Dawn takes the lead in "Backstabbers Ahoy!", but she's eliminated that same episode. Brick takes command from then on until Jo joins the team and takes control.
  • The Smart Guy: B, doubling as The Leader, being a Gadgeteer Genius who would come up with inventions to help his team.
  • The Smurfette Principle: Dawn becomes the sole female member for a while. After she gets eliminated, the team becomes all male until Jo swaps with Scott.
  • Token Evil Teammate: Scott, the Big Bad of the season who uses the ploy of being a Team Killer.

Total Drama All-Stars

    Heroic Hamsters

Original Members: Cameronnote forcibly moved to Villainous Vultures by Chris in "Moon Madness", Courtneynote forced to swap with Duncan over to the Villainous Vultures, Lindsay, Mike, Sam, Sierra, Zoey

Later additions: Duncannote originally Villainous Vultures but swapped with Courtney

  • Alliterative Name: Heroic Hamsters. Enforced in-universe, because when Courtney protests saying that hamsters are not the most heroic animal, Chris tells her that the alternative was "Heroic Hippos".
  • The Big Gal: Sierra still fills this role to a degree, being possibly the physically strongest member. Though her Sanity Slippage makes her a lot less useful than she was in World Tour.
  • History Repeats: Much like last season, one member of this team volunteers for elimination in a horror themed episode, only for Chris to place them on the opposing team instead.
  • Irony: Mal is the true Big Bad of All-Stars and the biggest villain of all, but is never present on the Villainous Vultures.
  • The Lancer: Mike is typically regarded as second-in-command and has the most influence alongside Zoey, which carries over to Mal when he emerges.
  • The Leader: Zoey takes up this role, being the Team Mom who looks out for all her teammates and typically rallies them during challenges.
  • The Load:
    • Sam is even more of a burden than last season, though a lot of it is due to his misfortune than his actual fault.
    • In contrast to her previous season, Sierra fails to contribute to her team due to her increasing insanity.
  • The Smart Guy: Cameron of course, with his Awesome by Analysis able to assist the team through challenges.
  • Token Evil Teammate:
    • Courtney was placed on this team to begin with, despite her less than noble qualities. Chris eventually realizes this mistake and has her swap with Duncan.
    • Duncan thinks of himself as one, but no one treats him as such due to his Took a Level in Kindness.
    • The actual holder of this title would be Mal, the evil Split Personality within Mike and the true Big Bad of All-Stars.

    Villainous Vultures

Original Members: Alejandro, Duncannote forced to swap with Courtney over to the Heroic Hamsters, Gwen, Heather, Jo, Lightning, Scott

Later additions: Courtneynote originally Heroic Hamsters but swapped with Duncan, Cameronnote originally Heroic Hamsters but forcibly moved by Chris in "Moon Madness"

  • Alliterative Name: Villainous Vultures.
  • Big Bad Ensemble: This team brings back the majority of the villains from throughout the show's run, which mostly includes the Big Bad of each season.
  • Big Bad Wannabe: A whole team of Ex-Big Bad's but none of them held a candle to Mal.
  • The Brute:
    • Lightning is once again the strongest and most athletic member of this team. It is for this very reason, along with his lack of intelligence that gets him voted off early.
    • Once Jo and Lightning were gone and Duncan was moved to the other team, Scott defaulted into this being the most physically inclined and least bright of the team.
  • The Corruptor: After being forcibly moved to this team from the Heroic Hamsters, Cameron started using backhanded tactics to win and became worried he was becoming like them.
  • The Dark Chick: Courtney, since this was one of the few times she didn't attempt to be The Leader or The Lancer.
  • The Dragon: Alejandro tried to be this for Heather but she didn't trust him. with good reason.
  • Ex-Big Bad: All of them sans Gwen (and later Cameron) were either the Big Bad or the secondary antagonist of a previous season.
  • Evil Genius: On a team full of manipulative villains, the status as smartest member now falls to Alejandro, who now takes a back seat from leadership.
  • The Leader: For the first few episodes Jo fought for this role with Heather. After Jo's elimination, the team no longer followed any one particular person and hence ceased having a leader.
  • Legion of Doom: They’re pretty much all the villains from the other seasons.
  • Token Good Teammate: Gwen was wrongly placed on the team, so she would remain the only heroic member until Cameron was swapped over by Chris.
  • Vile Vulture: Their team symbol.

Total Drama Pahkitew Island

    Pimâpotew Kinosewak (Floating Salmon)

Original Members: Amy, Jasmine, Maxnote moved to Team Maskwak after swapping with Sky, Rodney, Samey, Scarlett, Topher

Later additions: Skynote originally Team Maskwak but swapped with Max

  • The Big Guy: Rodney, who is only behind Jasmine in size and strength, but unlike her lacks her Genius Bruiser tendencies and is firmly Dumb Muscle.
  • Evil Genius: Max thinks of himself as one, but if anything is more of The Load with the real holder of that title being Scarlett.
  • The Lancer: Interestingly, the twins provide both versions of the trope.
    • Amy ends up being an antagonistic lancer who tries to assert her own dominance and ends up clashing with Jasmine.
    • Samey is the supportive lancer, being Jasmine’s main sidekick and Number Two on the team.
  • The Leader: Jasmine quickly establishes herself as a natural born leader.
  • The Load:
    • Max. He gives absolutely zero contribution to the team and more often than not screws them over due to prioritizing his ridiculous attempts at Chronic Villainy.
    • Topher to a lesser extent. Very little focus is put on him actually competing in challenges, and when it does its usually to show off to the camera or doing a Chris-related scheme that is of no help to the team.
  • The One Guy: Much like Team Amazon, this team gets reduced to all females with the sole exception of Topher.
  • The Smart Gal: Scarlett takes this honor by being one of the most intelligent characters on the show, period. Only it turns out she's actually an Evil Genius.

    Wanihtam Maskwak (Confused Bears)

Original Members: Beardo, Dave, Ella, Leonard, Shawn, Skynote moved to Team Kinosewak after swapping with Max, Sugar

Later additions: Maxnote originally Team Kinosewak but swapped with Sky

  • The Big Gal: Sugar, with her only contribution to the team being her Stout Strength.
  • The Chick: Ella, an Actual Pacifist and Friend to All Living Things who would never think to harm another soul.
  • The Lancer: Dave. Regardless of whether it is Shawn or Sky in charge, he is there to contrast their assertive leadership with his grumbling.
  • The Leader: Shawn and Sky share this role depending on the episode. Once Sky swaps teams, Shawn takes over full time, albeit only for one episode.
  • The Load: Might take out top prize in this department, with virtually all of the team save for Sky being a hindrance at some point, with Shawn being the only other member to be at least decent in all challenges, although he has his moments.
  • The Smart Guy: While the team has no obvious genius characters, Shawn still fits the bill the closest due to being an expert wilderness survivalist.
  • Token Evil Teammate: Sugar for the majority of the time was the only true jerkass on the team. For one episode she gets joined by Max before the teams merge.
