I can see them, delete them, increase quantity etc. I click on continue checking out and it takes me to a blank page titled Review Order. I tried several different times over different days and it's just a blank screen. It then started asking me if I was a robot and making me click and hold on a pill shaped icon. Annoyed and moving on to another shopping site.

CMurphy • 267 days ago # using Mozilla Firefox here in Utah, placed order but couldn't move from cart to place the order. Pulled up Chrome browser, logged into wallmart account there and was able to place my order.

Tried on the app and it looks fine but I have to spend $6 on shipping even though I'm picking up??? Huh?? What the heck is going on?!
CP • 268 days ago # Worse online shopping experiences ever with Walmart.com, was able to add items to the Cart (with many glitches in between) but then couldn't checkout (rec'd error) using a tablet; now using a PC and even worse - couldn't access Cart or add items to Cart. Totally frustrating!

Walmart please fix this issue already! I cleared the cookies the cache switched browsers still NO luck. So annoying!

.. • 270 days ago # Same issues. Second order this week. Unable to edit existing grocery delivery order . unable to add items or remove unwanted items. Chats don't help but call customer service they are very kind and do try to assist. I think they are unable due to system issues for them as well.

I've only had Walmart+ on a trial basis and every order I've done for delivery has not gone well. Missing items that I KNOW Walmart can't be out of like fresh fruit/veggies. I'm getting conflicting messages concerning money being refunded, it's not showing up. I think I'm done with Walmarts website, Walmart+ and the trial will be cancelled.
Michelle Pfeifer • 275 days ago # For the last 3 months since I got a new phone that I bought at Walmart mind you, the app I installed on new phone just sits on the 1st screen with the cartoon lady that is going shopping or whatever it does nothing else!!! I'm so sick of it!! I can't order my groceries now !!!! What is going on I've tried all the solutions I've read, clearing cache and date and time on device, to update the app and restarting phone to being on wifi with strong internet connection in case it was my internet connection on my phone. I've done everything I've Uninstalled and reinstalled the app over 7times !!!! It still just sits there !!!!???? Please someone tell me why!?
GCT • 279 days ago # Have repeatedly attempted to place an order for item Atkins shakes which shows as 1 day shipping available, except every time I place the order and choose the option of 1 day shipping which is offered right below the product, when I go to my cart it then shows as pickup or store delivery Only. If the items isn't available for shipping remove the option so a shopper doesn't waste time trying to order.
Selena • 282 days ago # On Saturday I ordered groceries for a Sunday delivery and not delivered - the request never made it to the store and was not assigned a driver. All personnel I talked with reported a variety of technical difficulties (could not query order by order # / only by name), store associate reported she knew there was a problem as they were only seeing pick up orders (no delivery orders). Chat assistant obviously was experiencing a lot of lag as he was trying to resolve my problem. I cancelled my order late Monday night and went to Safeway.
