Everyone's talking about Love is Blind season 2 and whether couples like Deeps and Shake and Nick and Danielle are still together. We've done the detective work and shared the inside scoop.

Tears, heartbreak, relationship drama - there's a reason Love is Blind season 2 has proved just as popular as series 1. The Netflix equivalent to the current Married at First Sight Australia (opens in new tab) has us hooked and invested in all six of the 'blind' pairings. So much so that fans are keen to know how these happily ever afters pan out.

Sadly one or two didn't get the chance to say 'I Do' at the altar, but that doesn't mean it's all done and dusted between the pairs - as the recent reunion confimed. Eager to know their destiny, we've watched the full episodes and done some serious social media snooping to help give you an idea of their present relationship status.

Currently trending in Netflix's top 10 bar, it's proving as much of a must-watch as the documentaries on con artist Anna Delvey (opens in new tab) and the Tinder Swindler (opens in new tab).

1. Shaina Hurley and Kyle Abrams

Fans of the show will know that these two called it quits after episode 6 of Love is Blind season 2. And the two definitely haven't reconciled with People Magazine (opens in new tab) recently reporting that Shaina is now engaged again to another suitor.

According to the publication, Shaina has been dating boyfriend Christos Lardakis in the year between the show premiering. And her beau got down on one knee on March 10. The 32-year-old shared her first post with Christos in March calling him "my ride or die forever".

Whilst Shaina has moved on in real-time, Netflix viewers are still getting to grips with her failed relationship with ex-fiance Kyle. The real sticky point for these two proved to be a lack of faith or rather Shaina's commitment to God. She couldn't see a future or imagine raising her kids with athiest Kyle and the romance quickly plummeted from there. Though many also credit Shaina's continued pining for pod friend Shayne as another spanner in the works for any relationship with Kyle.

In the reunion episode, things got very honest between the two. Kyle admitted he did not know about Shaina's feelings towards Shayne and said "you wasted my time". Shayna took responsibility for her actions on the show and agreed that "I should never have said yes".

Whilst Kyle didn't get his happy ending, he revealed he did not regret his experience in one Instagram post (opens in new tab). "No matter the outcome, this special bond I share with Shaina will be forever kept in mind, until the end of time," he wrote.

2. Iyanna McNeely and Jarrette Jones

Did they say I Do? Yes! | Are they still together? Yes!

The recent reunion episode confirmed that Iyanna and Jarrette are very much together and living out their married life.

"It's been hard but it's been really rewarding too," Iyanna said of husband and wife life. Before Jarrette romantically chipped in: "I wouldn't ride this rollercoaster with anyone else but this woman right here."

Fans loved the scenes of these two dancing and celebrating with each other after successfully exchanging their vows in the wedding episode."I do, I do, I do," said Jarrette to his blushing bride, who rolled her eyes and called him 'extra' to a laughing crowd. She returned a smiling "I do" too, before sharing a deep kiss with her new husband.

The love certainly seems strong on Instagram with Jarrette recently sharing an appreciation post for his missus. "I missed Wednesday, but that doesn't matter because you're my #WCE [women crush everyday]," read the caption. Amongst the montage was one shot of the two in the bathroom together getting ready. One excited user commented: "You guys were my favorite couple the entire show, so happy to see you guys made it."

3. Nick Thompson and Danielle Ruhl

We shed a happy tear when Nick recipricated Danielle's 'I Do' at their stunning outdoor wedding ceremony. "I have no question whatsoever that you are the person I'm supposed to be with," he said. "I'm glad that I found you and I can't wait to spend the rest of my life being better together."

Spending forever together certainly seems a reality as the two confirmed they were still husband and wife in the reunion episode. Viewers were even treated to a tour of the couple's new apartment which featured Nick's adorable pet pooch Mr Greyson.

We had a hunch these two had made it as family members of both Nick and Danielle were following the couple on Instagram. Which we totally took as a sign that married life is well and good. And recently Danielle gave an insight into family life, sharing a heartfelt post that described how much the in-laws adore new husband Nick.

"One of the most amazing and beautiful parts of our marriage is how quickly we became one giant family," she wrote. "Nick became not only a son in law and a brother in law (and cat daddy) but a best friend to my entire family immediately. The day he met my family he was added to the fam group chat and they feel just as lucky to have him as family as I do." Cute!

4. Shayne Jansen and Natalie Lee

The reunion made for emotional viewing as the two discussed the huge off-air fight the night before the wedding - which ultimately ended the relationship.

"I think we've grown a lot as two people who have fallen in love. I know I've grown a lot because of you," Natalie said on the day. "But I don't. I'm so sorry. I still love you and you're still my best friend but, like, we have really big issues to sort through."

Those hoping they worked through this issues might be disappointed. As a visably shocked Shayne told the cameras: "Still love her. Still think she's a good person. But you think I'm actually f***ing come back to you after that kind of stuff again?"

It's safe to say that Shayne and Natalie didn't exactly have the smoothest ride on the show - with Shayne's ex-flame Shaina trying to muddy the water mid-way through. But many were really rooting for these two in the end. There was a brief glimmer of hope when the two revealed they did try to date again after the wedding. But Shayne confirmed that "it was too fresh" and Natalie agreed she "couldn't move on" to make it work.

Thankfully it seems there's no bad blood between the two. Natalie recently dedicated an Instagram post to her experience and Shayne. She praised him for having "always protected me and had my back" and added "I would have always chosen you".

5. Deepti Vempati and Abhishek 'Shake' Chatterjee

Yeeesh. The reunion episode proved hard viewing with these two. Deepti summed up her feelings towards Shake in one brutal line: "The fact i ever respected you as a person - I'm mind blown."

Fans seemed to be cheering Deeps on as she chose againt marrying her Indian groom on the big day. "I hope you know how much you mean to me and the impact you've made on my life," she said. "But no, I cannot marry you. I deserve somebody who knows for sure. So I'm choosing myself and I'm gonna say no."

No doubt a lot of the ill feeling between the two comes from Shake's vocal doubts about his feelings towards Deepti. He's received some flack from fans online for comments made about his partner during the Love is Blind season 2 episodes. Including one less than complimentary one that she reminds him of his aunt - ouch.

Whilst she didn't find a husband, Deeps has been vocal about making some life-long friends on the journey instead. "These mems with these gems," she captioned one post. Sharing some sweet behind-the-scenes shots with her fellow female cast members.

6. Mallory Zapata and Salvador Perez

It was dear, sweet, Ukulele-playing Sal who called an end to the proceedings on their picture perfect wedding day. "I cannot. I feel like I just need more time," he told his bride-to-be. Thankfully Mallory took the news quite well, replying: "That's okay". And wiped his tears away, before making a swift exit down the aisle.

Viewers learnt in the reunion episode that the two had not rekindled their relationship. When asked to comment on his thoughts and why things didn't work out, Sal shared that he didn't want to air any dirty laundry and that it was a private matter. This being said, he told Mallory the one thing to say was that he "felt unheard" during the two's arguments.

Interestingly, there's no photographic Instagram proof of the two together on Love is Blind season 2. This nevertheless reinforces that the two aren't together. Though the ex-couple do still follow each other online - so hopefully they're pals at the very least.

No, Deepti Vempati has confirmed that she and fellow Love is Blind contestant Kyle Abrams are not a couple. Speculation that the two were dating arose after the programme's reunion episode. Fans were shocked when Kyle told Deepti "I should have tried harder for you," with the two having shared a connection in the pods.

"I mean, I love her so much. She's the best," Kyle told hosts Nick and Vanessa Lachey. "And I wish I saw what was right in front of me. That's my biggest regret. I'm sorry... I love her. She's the best."

Deepti later clarified Kyle's comments sharing that "a lot of people don't know that Kyle was my no2 person in the pods." She told Daily Mail (opens in new tab) that the the pair "did connect a lot".

Sadly whilst many fans ship the two together, it seems a romance is not on the cards:

"He's my best friend, biggest support system, and I am grateful for him and the rest of the cast for supporting me," she added. "I don't know about anything more at this stage because we're just good friends."

Kelly Chase and Kenny Barnes ❌

It all seemed to be going swimmingly for the two on the show. And then disaster struck. Kelly Chase (opens in new tab) stunned viewers when she rejected Kenny Barnes (opens in new tab) on the big day. This being said, Kenny moved on pretty quickly and now he's preparing to make a second trip down the aisle with fiancee Alexandra. As for Kelly, she's bossing her career goals and is now an entrepreuner and podcast host.

Lauren Speed and Cameron Hamilton ✅

Yes, fans can breathe a sigh of relief as season 1's golden couple Lauren Speed (opens in new tab) and Cameron Hamilton (opens in new tab) are still very much together. The two regularly post loved-up snaps on each other's Instagrams. And they even have their own Youtube channel Hanging With The Hamiltons (opens in new tab) where fans can check in on their life and love.

Giannina Gibelli and Damian Powers ❌

During the nuptials, Damian Powers (opens in new tab) said "no" to Giannina Gibelli (opens in new tab) at the altar and it seemed things were over for good. However, the two did briefly reconcile in March 2020 - only to call it quits again. Further drama between the two played out in Love is Blind: After the Altar when Damien attended the reunion with Too Hot To Handle star Francesca Farago. However as of January 2022, US Magazine (opens in new tab) reported that Giannina has moved on with The Bachelor star Blake Horstmann.

Jessica Batten and Mark Cuevas ❌

The original Shaina and Kyle? These two had a disastrous run on Love is Blind season 1 - with Jessica pretty much still pining after Barnett and deeming Mark too young for her. Luckily they've both since found love elsewhere. Jessica Batten (opens in new tab) is engaged to doctor Ben McGrath. Meanwhile Mark Cuevas (opens in new tab) is engaged to Aubrey Rainey and they have two kids together - Ace and Axton.

Amber Pike and Matt Barnett ✅

Amber Pike (opens in new tab) and Mike Barnett (opens in new tab) where the second success story of Love is Blind season 1. And we're happy to report that the two celebrated their second wedding anniversary together in November 2021.

"I have been nothing less than blessed to find a partner that looks at life the same way that I do, as an adventure meant to be lived out instead of just dreamt about," wrote Amber in one Instagram post (opens in new tab). "We have a full life that we get to share with each other and our family and friends, and if we had nothing else at the end of the day besides that, I would still say we have a life that’s good."

The Love is Blind season 2 weddings were filmed at the Ravisloe Country Club and it's sister hotel La Banque located in Homewood, Cook County, Illinois. The stunning Spanish mission-style clubhouse and outdoor areas appear in the show's finale and fans will be pleased to know it's an established wedding venue in real life.

Ravisloe Weddings (opens in new tab) confirmed their part in the Netflix show with a post on their official Facebook page. "What a fun and awesome experience it was to work with the Team at Kinetic Content," said Ravisloe director of marketing and events, Johanna Morawski.

Netflix released the wedding episode on February 25, 2022 much to viewer's delight, who wanted to learn the couple's fate.

According to show creator Chris Coelen: "Yes, it's a legally binding marriage". So, the Love is Blind weddings we see are not just put on for the cameras.

Whilst Chris confirmed this to Bustle (opens in new tab), there's already some proof that the weddings are real. Take for example the successful love matches in season 1 - Lauren and Cameron and Amber and Barnett. In the show's follow up reunion After the Altar - filmed two years on - the four of them are still happily married. And they've all shared loved-up snaps on Instagram commemorating their wedding anniversaries.

It's been confirmed that Netflix do give the Love is Blind couples a fixed budget for the weddings. But if they want to spend more, the Mr-and Mrs-to-be are expected to fork out for it.

"Of course production supplies some of the basics but because these are their real weddings, it's up to them as to how to spend their money," says creator Chris Coelen.

Fans who've watched series 1 might remember a particular argument between Amber and Barnett over the price of Amber's wedding dress. Though it seems she got the one she wanted in the end, with the two forking out extra for it.

Amber dazzled in an over-budget mermaid gown by Anya Bridal complete with rhinestones, floral lace detailling and a plunging V neckline.
