- Also the angle of the incident (i) = angle of reflection (r)
The deviation angle is given by:
δ = 180 - (i + r)
CALCULATION:
Angle of the incident (i) = Angle of reflection (r) = 30°
∴ i = 30° so r = 30°
deviation angle (δ) = 180 - (i + r)
δ = 180 - (30° + 30°)
δ = 120°
So the correct answer is option 4.
